Lake Success, NY - February 27, 2022 - Parts Authority has acquired Levine Auto and Truck Parts, headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut. The transaction was finalized on February 25, 2022.

Levine Auto and Truck Parts was founded by Irving Levine and has been in business for more than 60 years. The company specializes in automotive and heavy-duty truck parts. Their service also extends to the auto-body and paint industry. Since 1955, Levine Auto has been committed to servicing its customers throughout the northeast corner of the U.S.

“Transitioning the business is a difficult decision since there was not a next generation to take over. My biggest concern in this entire process was to ensure my staff, who I think of as my children, would be disrupted as little as possible and be treated with respect by the new employer,” said Jeff Levine, owner and CEO of Levine Auto and Truck Parts.

“Parts Authority understands the most valuable asset in an acquisition is not the location, equipment or customers, it is the human capital,” said Levina. “They started in business the same way we did when their founder started selling parts door-to-door the same way Irving Levine, my father, did and they have the same values we do. We are passing our company to a great partner.”

Randy Buller, president, and CEO of Parts Authority, welcomed Levine Auto and Truck Parts to the Parts Authority family of brands. “Jeff Levine and everyone at Levine Auto have done exemplary work with the business,” he said. “Their commitment to their customers and team members mirrors ours, making this partnership a perfect match. I want to give everyone at Levine a warm welcome to the Parts Authority family.”
