Lake Success, NY – December 16, 2022 – Parts Authority, one of the largest automotive and
truck parts distributors to the aftermarket industry, has announced they have acquired B&L Auto
Parts and Paint, headquartered in Bangor, Maine. The transaction was finalized on December
16, 2022.
B&L Auto Parts and Paint has proudly served the Maine area for over 47 years. The business
opened its doors in 1975 as a small independent parts store. It now has a 22,000-square-foot
facility that has allowed them to provide its customers with one of the largest selections of parts,
specialty products, and first-class customer service.
